How we handle your request
- We acknowledge every request and verify your identity before acting on it.
- We respond within 30 days (or 45 days in California, where an extension applies), and usually much sooner.
- Some records must be retained to meet AML/KYC, tax and payment-network obligations; we'll tell you if that limits a deletion request.
- Submitting a request is free and never affects your pricing or service.
